This spring, join MoveAbout Theatre for our 10 year anniversary with Agatha Christie's hilarious mystery, Spider's Web!
Clarissa finds a body, but who killed them? Why? And what will she do?
The Hailsham-Brown family sets the scene at Copplestone Court-- the clever Clarissa Hailsham-Brown and her step-daughter Pippa Hailsham-Brown. When Henry Hailsham-Brown, Clarissa's husband, is away at work, Clarissa occupies her time with her friends and guests-- Hugo Birch and Sir Rowland Delahaye. She occupies her time with someone who might be more than a friend-- Jeremy Warrender. The Hailsham-Browns' peaceful life in the country is disrupted by the arrival of Oliver Costello, a suspicious character with a criminal past, who has come to the house with only one thing in mind.
When a body is found in the drawing room, Clarissa must use her wits to fix the situation before Henry returns with an important visitor.
A surprise visit from Inspector Lord and Constable Jones cause difficulties for Clarissa as they round up the suspects: the houseguests, Clarissa, her husband, their housekeeper, Elgin, and the gardener, Mildred. Peake.
In a house full of secrets-- a secret drawer, a secret room, and people who aren't who they seem -- will Clarissa be able to solve the mystery?
