               WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

McKinley Lewellen (2023, 2024, 2025, Artistic Director) 
 graduated at Lowell High School and has participated in theatre for all four years of her high school career. They were in Lowell productions as Gwendolen in The Importance of Being Earnest, Rosie in Mamma Mia, and Alice in Alice in Wonderland.  They worked on the 2023 MoveAbout production of Murder on the Orient Express and the 2024 production of Almost, Maine, and the 2025 production on Eurydice. Outside of theatre, she enjoys hiking, watercolor painting, scouring the back aisles of Amoeba for old records, taking walks through parts of San Francisco she's never seen before, and was an avid member of Lowell's Lemon and Lime eating club.

Isabelle Bushkov (2018, 2019 Director)

Isabelle got her start with MoveAbout in 2017 playing Gonzalo in The Tempest. From there, she went on to assistant direct Spider's Web in 2018 and direct Much Ado About Nothing in 2019. Isabelle attended Lowell High School from 2015 to 2019 where she performed in the MainStage productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Crucible, Fiddler on the Roof, Twelfth Night as Olivia, and Daughters of Atreus as Elektra. In the summertime, she works as a teaching artist for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival. She is currently studying at Northeastern University, where she is majoring in theatre.

Charlotte Jude Schwartz (2017-2018 Stage Manager)
Charlotte first joined the MoveAbout family when she became the Stage Manager for their 2017 run of The Tempest, and later went on to manage Spider's Web her Senior year of high school in 2018.  While at Lowell High School from 2014-2018, she performed in the MainStage productions of West Side Story, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Guys and Dolls, The Crucible as Tituba, Fiddler on the Roof as Tzeitel, Twelfth Night as The Fool, and Seussical as Mayzie. Charlotte is currently working in San Francisco and studying at City College of San Francisco. She plans to spend her final two years of education at the California Institute of the Arts for Experimental Pop (Music), where she deferred her Senior year of high school. She works as an intern/counselor for the Blue Bear School of Music each summer, and continues to pursue writing music for multiple projects and strides to beef up her musical portfolio.

​Kali Kecskemeti (2015, 2016 Director)
Kali got her start with MoveAbout in 2013 as Lane / Merriman in The Importance of Being Earnest and went on to star as Olivia in Twelfth Night. She went on to direct the successful productions of The Hollow and An Ideal Husband. When she wasn't working with MoveAbout, Kali appeared onstage at Lowell High School as Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Anybodys in West Side Story, and Alcyone in Metamorphoses. After graduating in May 2016, Kali attends UC Santa Cruz, where she sings in an a cappella group and is currently starring as Juliet in a traveling production of Romeo and Juliet.

Lydia Jenkins-Sleczkowski (2015, 2016 Management and Marketing  Director)
Lydia worked with MoveAbout for three years, first as an actress in Twelfth Night and both managing and acting in The Hollow, and later as Management and Marketing head for An Ideal Husband. Lydia graduated from Lowell High School in 2016, where she appeared onstage in Guys and Dolls (General Cartwright), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Hippolyta), Metamorphoses (Iris/Oread), and Macbeth (Macduff's Son). She now studies at UC Santa Cruz, where she co-directs a university-funded nonprofit and hosts a weekly radio show on KZSC Santa Cruz.




Kate Adler (2016, 2017 Director)
Kate made her MoveAbout debut on the directing team of An Ideal Husband, and later went on to direct The Tempest. Kate graduated from Lowell High in 2017, where she performed as Hodel and Fruma-Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof, Abigail in The Crucible, Sister Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Maria in West Side Story. Kate is currently studying abroad in Germany as part of her degree at UC Santa Barbara, where she is pursuing her passion for youth outreach and community engagement.

Jerry Ng (2015 Marketing Director)
A graduate of Lowell High School, Jerry has worked with MoveAbout as both an actor and a public relations specialist for The Hollow. His extensive theater work includes time as the past director of Youth for Asian Theater, training at the California State Summer School for the Arts, and various regional productions. Credits include Judge Danforth in The Crucible, Doc in West Side Story, Malvolio and Sebastian in Twelfth Night. In addition to performing, Jerry's dedication to visual art has been recognized with various awards, including first place for his Metamorphoses poster design. He graduated from UCLA's acting program in 2019 and is currently living in Los Angeles.

Avery Chung-Melino (2015 Co-Director) 
Avery, a veteran of the company, appeared in three of MoveAbout's productions and worked as the management director for Twelfth Night in 2014, in which she also played Viola, before proceeding to successfully direct MoveAbout's first contemporary show, The Hollow. Favorite roles include Mary Warren in The Crucible and Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnest. Most recently, Avery directed a fifteen minute version of The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-In-The-Moon Marigolds. Avery now studies at UC Berkeley.
Elisa Vidales (2013, 2014 Co-Director) 
Elisa joined the company her junior year and directed two MoveAbout shows, The Importance of Being Earnest and Twelfth Night, with co-director Lauren Taylor, before graduating from Lowell High School in 2014, where she appeared on the Lowell mainstage as Essie in You Can't Take It With You, Tess in Crazy for You, and Lady Macduff / Second Witch in Macbeth. Now in her fourth year at Stanford University, Elisa has appeared in Stanford's production of Evita and as Helen Jones in  Machinal.

Lauren Taylor (2013, 2014 Co-Director) 
Another dedicated performer, Lauren joined MoveAbout her freshman year in 2011's 
Running Shorts and a year later starred in the company's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream as Hermia. She went on to co-direct The Importance of Being Earnest and Twelfth Night with Elisa Vidales. In addition to her work with MoveAbout, Lauren has appeared in several productions with both Riordan High School and Lowell High School. She studied at Southern Oregon University, a college nationally recognized for its  theatre department.
